Hello, how are you ?

My name is Virginia HAK-KHUN. I’m the coach/trainer and founder of Impact Plus Training, a training center relocated from Paris to Phnom-Penh.

I completed my Master’s degree in English in Chicago and graduated in French from La Sorbonne, in Paris. Born to a Cambodian mother and having lived in France and Switzerland, I can easily switch from English to French, German, or Khmer which allows me to make my training sessions more enjoyable and culturally fulfilling to my students.

For more than  20 years I have been specializing in teaching soft skills (communication, listening and leadership) and professional English. I am very passionate about sharing my knowledge with  students as well as my methodology which is quite unique and brings impressive results. While improving their professional English, students will also be receiving successful business tips for entrepreneurship and leadership.

I have coached many professionals of all fields and have covered various industries such as IT, medicine, sales, construction, telecommunications, hospitality, banking, tourism and education.
